MSR DATALOGGERS ARE «AIR CARGO APPROVED»

Data loggers are used to monitor the transport of goods. Particularly high safety requirements are placed on these loggers for air freight transports. The loggers of MSR Electronics GmbH meet these specifications.

MSR transport data loggers are used to monitor the transport and storage of sensitive or particularly valuable goods of all kinds. With their high-precision sensors, very high storage capacity and extremely compact format, they are ideally suited for the complete recording and conclusive documentation of critical transport events such as impacts, shocks and inadmissible temperature or humidity loads. Even extended long-term monitoring is possible without any problems; the evaluation is carried out via a meaningful PC software.

If data loggers are used to accompany goods in air freight transports, they must meet particularly high safety requirements. All data loggers that contain lithium polymer batteries are subject to certain IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations. Due to stricter aviation safety conditions, the data loggers MSR175, MSR175plus, MSR165, MSR145 and MSR BudgetLine were again tested by several important airlines in a strict test procedure according to international standards. The loggers and especially their batteries had to pass tough mechanical and electrical tests with regard to functionality, failure safety, electromagnetic compatibility, prevention of external damage and intrinsic safety.
